Position Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy services for orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and general rehabilitation patients
• Focus on improving strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall functional performance
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply
