Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to confirm customer information and help schedule conversations with our licensed insurance professionals.
- Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities and support the growth of new business.
- Contribute to a positive, goal-driven environment and celebrate team successes along the way.
Requirements

- Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Position Details
Location: In-Office Role | 14141 Nacogdoches Rd, Suite 101, San Antonio, TX 78247
Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
(Weekends and major holidays off)
Compensation: $3,000/Month Base Salary, Paid Biweekly + Performance Bonuses
