Litigation Attorney – Insurance Defense

A litigation practice in Roseville is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team due to increased case volume. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys independently managing litigation matters while working within a collaborative team environment.

The firm is seeking attorneys with at least 5 years of litigation experience who are comfortable handling files from inception through resolution. Insurance defense or personal injury experience is preferred, although plaintiff attorneys with strong case evaluation skills will also be considered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Direct file handling experience
• Insurance defense or personal injury background preferred
• Plaintiff is experienced with strong evaluation skills
• Experience involving real property or HOA disputes is preferred for more complex matters

Compensation and Benefits

• $160,000 to $200,000+ DOE
• Potentially substantial productivity bonus paid quarterly
• 100% employer-paid medical and dental coverage
• 50% employer contribution toward dependent premiums
• 401(k) with 3% employer contribution
