Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time Home Health | Albuquerque & Rio Rancho, NM


Roadrunner Home Health is seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN to provide in-home patient care under the supervision of an RN.

Responsibilities


Provide direct patient care and implement RN care plans
Document visits accurately and timely
Educate patients and caregivers
Communicate changes in condition to RN
Follow physician orders and company policies

Qualifications


Active NM LPN license
Current CPR certification
Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
Strong communication and documentation skills

Schedule

Travel within Albuquerque & Rio Rancho
