Role Scope (Varies by Position)

Set up, operate, program, and maintain CNC machinery
Lead or support production teams in a manufacturing environment
Troubleshoot machining and production issues
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

CNC machining, programming, engineering, or leadership experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing environments
Commitment to quality, safety, and production standards
Leadership experience preferred for lead-level roles

If you have 2+ years of CNC experience, we’ll work with you to find the right opportunity.
