Aishling Obstetrics and Gynecology along with Fox Valley Vein Center is looking for a full-time/part-time experienced and caring OB/GYN Ultrasound Technologist with experience in vascular to join our healthcare team. RDMS & RVT required. Willing to travel between 3 locations.

Major Responsibilities:

Aishling Obstetrics & Gynecology

Conduct ultrasounds to track fetal growth, assess heart rate, and identify any potential abnormalities or birth defects

Evaluate placenta and amniotic fluid, determine or confirm due date based on fetal measurements

Perform pelvic ultrasounds to assess uterus, ovaries, and other pelvic organs

Skilled in operating ultrasound equipment, adjusting settings to obtain optimal images

Document finding, record patient information, and communicate results to physicians

Maintains required amount of CME credits for ARDMS

Maintains current ARDMS certification

Perform ultrasound examination of patients and create a diagram demonstrating venous anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology to assist the physician in recommending a safe, effective treatment plan

Assist the Physician during Ultrasound Guided Injection treatment sessions with the appropriate directions regarding needle placement and recommendations for volume and strength of solution to be injected

Assist the Physician during procedures with the appropriate directions regarding catheter placement and withdrawal, and set up for and clean up following ablation procedures

Perform all additional scans indicated by the treatment plan at the direction of the Physician to ensure the efficacy of treatment and safety of the patients

Maintain equipment and manage the supply inventory to ensure continued and effective operations

Obtain and document patient photos at several intervals throughout the treatment process

Must have and maintain RVT certification

Diagnostic experience in vascular ultrasound
