Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and relationship solutions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Counseling
• Associate number Assigned
• Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
• Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized

Competitive Pay: $38-45/hour (includes paid documentation time)

No Supervision Fees: Individual and group supervision provided

What Youll Do

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain a caseload of 2032 clients/week (flexible part-time options available).
• Deliver trauma-informed, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision.
• Complete documentation and notes (up to 4 hours paid time).

What Were Looking For

• Active BBS registration as AMFT, APCC, or ASW (California).
• Training or interest in trauma modalities such as Brainspotting, EMDR, or DBT.
• Commitment to compassionate, client-centered work.
• Desire for growth, mentorship, and professional learning.
