Plumbing Design Engineer

Orlando, FL – next to the Airport (another client in Maitland with the same need)

Direct Hire/ Permanent Placement

$80k – $150k ish (mid-sr. level roles open), Full benefits (med, dent, vision), 4x9’s, half day Fridays, etc. 

THE CLIENT

This particular client is a smaller 20+ year old, +/- 100 person MEP+ firm who work on healthcare, hi-rise, multi-unit residential/ apartments, education, retail/ restaurants, and Industrial.

ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plumbing systems design and drawings

• Calculations of water, gas, sanitary

• Project management, work plans, research, codes

REQUIRED/ HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• AutoCAD and Revit

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar (preferred)

• E.I.T., P.E., LEED, WELL, CPD (all preferred not required)
