At our Jonesboro, AR 72450 facility, you’ll be the craftsperson behind the precision tools and dies that keep production running smoothly. Picture your day starting with a new print on your bench—blueprints and schematics in hand. You’ll plan the build, set up CNC equipment, and move between milling, turning, grinding, and EDM to bring a concept to life. When existing tools need attention, you’ll diagnose wear, make repairs, and return them to peak performance—all while collaborating closely with engineers and production teams to refine designs and processes.

What you’ll do

• Create precision tools, dies, and fixtures from specifications, drawings, and prints.
• Troubleshoot, service, and rebuild tooling to extend life and optimize performance.
• Partner with engineering and production to enhance tool design and manufacturability.
• Operate machining centers and conventional equipment: milling, turning, grinding, and EDM.
• Verify tolerances and quality through careful inspection and measurement.
• Record specifications, maintenance history, and modifications for each tool.
• Maintain a safe, orderly work area and follow all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in Toolmaking preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a Toolmaker or in a comparable role within manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of machining methods and tooling, including CNC operations.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and with a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication skills with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Specialized proficiency

• Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
• Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
