Job Summary


We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a client in a nursing facility located in Hilliard, Ohio. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized nursing care under the direction of an RN or physician.
• Assist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
• Perform assessments for respiratory failure and seizure activity, documenting and reporting findings promptly.
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with facility and state regulations.
• Conduct range of motion exercises to support mobility and comfort.
• Encourage and assist with cognitive maintenance and stimulation activities to promote engagement and mental wellness.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation while ensuring compliance with all healthcare standards and facility procedures.

Qualifications

• Active and valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification (BLS preferred).
• Medication administration certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, or one-on-one client care.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills.
