Role Snapshot

• Pay: $21.00/HR
• Location: Kissimmee, FL 34746
• Type: Full‑time, permanent

• Deliver quick, courteous responses to room and public‑area maintenance requests—leaks, damaged fixtures, broken locks, faulty appliances, or furniture fixes.
• Help safeguard guests by maintaining fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers, and other life‑safety systems; flag hazards and assist with inspections to keep the property compliant.

Your Schedule

• Workweek spans Monday–Sunday with 2 days off each week.
• Shift coverage required for both: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.

Must‑Haves

• Minimum 2 years of practical maintenance experience.
• Comfort working across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Nice‑to‑have credentials: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, CPO, and/or HVAC/EPA certifications.
