Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, and/or Dealership Service Experience is Required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally during service visits
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and document repair requests accurately
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repair services
- Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates throughout the service process
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate diagnostics
- Review completed repairs and explain services performed to customers
- Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction standards
- Monitor open repair orders and follow up with customers as needed
- Ensure all documentation and warranty information is completed properly
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, and/or Dealership Service experience is required
- Luxury dealership experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
- Experience using dealership management software preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
