About who needs care: Yes, CHF and a muscle ailment causing decreased mobility. Hobbies: Sports fan, fishing, very active prior to this situation. He is now using an electric wheelchair. Awake in the morning, help with bathing/cleaning and changing linen and situate to make comfortable. About the care needs: Upbeat personality, Specialized skills would be getting him in/out of his wheelchair, make sure he is turned frequently while in the bed. Assisting with ADL's. He loves anything sports. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
