Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I work evenings out of the home. My husband works from home 12pm-8 p.m. He will be home but we are looking for some extra hands to help with our two girls while he is in meetings. Looking for someone who is warm and engaging with our almost 3-year-old but knows how to handle challenges from a strong-willed child. We also need a caregiver who is confident with infant care as we have a 2-month-old. We eat Whole Foods and limit sugar and processed food. We allow tv but limit screen time and try to be off our phones around our kids to give them undivided attention. We are Catholic and would like someone who shares Christian values.
