Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: mobility is ok, goes to PT, can make tea, small tasks. the memory is the issue. Moments of forgetting. ADL'S reminded daily. Can shower on her own, someone needs to be with her. She is in her own home. About the care needs: This is my boyfriends Mother, This is my family for the last 15 yrs. My guy takes care of her daily, however he needs time away. The is also a daughter that visits often. They are very involved and supportive. I am in the field over 30 years now. Certified home and Aid, however I work for the state and can not look after her. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
