Companion Care Needed

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Physical therapy she does not move and needs to. She is my mother and I have been her only caretaker for too long. I am worn out. Anything will be much appreciated 3 to 4 days a week.
