You will be part of the HDI AI Platform team, building the foundational platform for AI/ML model development, Generative AI applications, AI Agents, and ML Ops at Oracle Health. The platform enables teams across HDI to develop, deploy, evaluate, monitor, and operate intelligent applications and agentic workflows at enterprise scale while meeting healthcare requirements for security, governance, reliability, and compliance. **Responsibilities** **What You’ll Do** + Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and design for AI Agent Platform capabilities, at scale leveraging OCI. + Design reusable platform services, APIs, SDKs, and frameworks that enable product teams across HDI to rapidly build and operate AI-powered applications and autonomous agents. + Establish best practices for AI system scalability, reliability, evaluation, safety, security, cost optimization, and operational excellence. + Lead cross-organizational technical initiatives and collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful AI-powered solutions. + Mentor engineers on the team, raising the overall technical bar through design reviews, technical guidance, and engineering best practices. + Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, including LLMs, RAGs, agentic systems, and emerging AI technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into platform capabilities and engineering practices. + Participate in the operation of production services, including on-call responsibilities, incident response, and driving improvements to reliability, observability, and operational excellence. **Qualifications** + 8+ years of technical experience relevant to this position. + BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent. + High level of fluency with a modern programming language such as Java, C#, C++ and/or Python + Deep understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and platform technologies, including Ray, Kubernetes, container orchestration, CI/CD, service discovery, secrets management, and software-defined networking. + Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native platforms serving mission-critical workloads. + Experience in ML and Generative AI systems, including building and operating production AI platforms with AI agents, LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and ML Ops capabilities. + Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and drive execution across multiple teams without direct authority. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to author technical proposals, design specifications, architecture documents, and executive-level presentations. + Self-driven and accountable, with a proven ability to deliver complex software systems while collaborating effectively across engineering, product, and business teams. + \#LI-HR1 Disclaimer: **Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from: $104,500 to $234,600 per annum.
