The individual receiving care is an 86-year-old woman who enjoys a calm and comfortable daily routine. Responsibilities include: Assistance with feeding as needed Bathing and personal hygiene Dressing assistance Assistance with safe transfers between bed, wheelchair, and commode Toileting/commode assistance Providing companionship and emotional support Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Preparing meals and assisting with food preparation Cleaning up after meals and keeping the kitchen area organized Laundry as needed, including washing, folding, and putting away clothing and linens Helping with light household tasks related to her care and comfort
