Childcare Needed

I work full time from home in a separate office. I have three teens with neurodevelopmental diagnostics, age 16. They do not initiate their own routine or interests. Getting up, getting showered and eating breakfast, and doing something they like, going somewhere, teen skills and young adulting, nature. I have a spare Impreza for kids driving, but they don't want to drive so driving places, there is a car to use.
