Position Summary
The Chat Support Specialist provides real‑time assistance to customers through online chat. This role focuses on answering questions, resolving basic issues, and ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly support. It’s ideal for someone who communicates well in writing, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information using internal resources, FAQs, and support guidelines.
Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers through simple steps or solutions.
Document all chat interactions and update customer records.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Manage multiple chat conversations at once while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Follow communication scripts and brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
Identify common issues and share feedback to improve processes and resources.
Maintain a positive, customer‑focused tone in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
Strong written communication skills.
