One of these programs, Partnerships for Families (PFF), is an early intervention initiative focused on preventing child maltreatment and strengthening families. Serving expectant parents and caregivers of children ages 0–5, PFF provides in-home therapeutic support, education, and resources to help families create safe, nurturing environments and build healthy futures.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time
  • Locations: Inglewood and Lynwood

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide case management services to high-need, at-risk families, including assessing needs and connecting clients to appropriate housing, education, vocational, mental health, and social service resources
  • Collaborate with therapists and families to develop and support individualized, family-centered Family Support Plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support coordination with families, extended supports, and community partners
  • Conduct outreach, assist with program events, and facilitate family-based activities as assigned
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, assist with outcome measures, and support safety planning in accordance with program guidelines
  • Support program operations by attending trainings and meetings, providing translation as needed, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to all agency policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Familiarity with family-centered, strengths-based services and group facilitation
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of the local community and experience working with diverse populations
  • Bilingual in Spanish required

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
