Available Shifts

We are currently hiring for:

• PM Shifts
• Overnight Shifts
• Weekend Shifts

Shift Differentials

• PM Shift: +$1.00 per hour
• Overnight Shift: +$2.00 per hour
• Additional holiday pay differential available

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive pay from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience and certification

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA at Maplewood Manor, you'll help residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meals and encouraging proper nutrition and hydration
• Performing light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean living environment
• Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
• Providing medication reminders and assistance as directed
• Documenting care and communicating effectively with team members
• Encouraging resident participation in social and recreational activities

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide respectful, resident-centered care
• CNA certification preferred for CNA positions
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required for Home Health Aide positions
