Bread Baker – Part-Time

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring a dependable and motivated Artisan Baker to join our team. This is a hands-on baking role focused on quality hearth breads in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule

• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Monday & Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Additional hours may be available in the fall

Pay

• Starting at $15/hour
• Raises available after training and based on performance

Responsibilities

• Prepare, shape, proof, and bake hearth breads according to Kneaders recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining artisan quality standards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to stand for entire shifts
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Committed for a minimum of 6 months
