Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care

Location: Devils Lake, ND
Duration: 10 Weeks
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | 8-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility (LTC setting). The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, support nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

• Provide routine patient care under supervision of nursing staff

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition

• Support residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity

• Assist with basic clinical tasks as directed by licensed nurses

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

• Follow infection control and facility safety protocols

• Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (State of North Dakota or compact/eligible certification)

• Ability to work 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shifts

• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Ability to follow facility policies and clinical instructions
