What You’ll Do

As a Medication Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the care they need. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications to residents in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records.
• Monitoring residents for any changes in health or behavior and reporting concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and team members to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Assisting with other resident care tasks as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for someone who has:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant healthcare setting.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in medication administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with residents and team members.
