Job Description
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (some weekends and holidays may be required)
Are you a highly organized professional with excellent customer service skills? We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff while providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming internal and external telephone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greet residents' families, visitors, vendors, and other guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, photocopying, filing, scanning.
- Assist departments with clerical and administrative projects as needed.
- Support daily office operations and help ensure a positive experience for residents, families, and visitors.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment.
- Professional, courteous, and dependable.
