Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join our Hardware Manufacturing team in Loveland, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing within a highly regulated, quality-driven environment.
In this role, you will support the assembly, alignment, calibration, and testing of hardware components while ensuring products meet quality and regulatory standards. You will work alongside experienced manufacturing professionals and contribute to the production of innovative healthcare and diagnostic technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly operations following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Align, calibrate, and test hardware components according to production requirements
- Utilize hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively
- Complete production work orders accurately and on schedule
- Troubleshoot basic assembly and production issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain accurate production records and required documentation
- Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality and operational goals
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Assist with training new team members as needed

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0–2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience
- Experience in regulated industries such as FDA, ISO, medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environments is a plus
