Job Title: Assembly Associate
Location: San Jose
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift 7:00am-3:30pm or Swing 3:15-11:45pm
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable Assembly Associates to join our production team. This role involves assembling electronic components, working with small parts, and following detailed instructions to ensure high-quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components and small parts using hand tools and basic equipment
- Follow work instructions, diagrams, and production guidelines
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience or ability to work with small parts and detailed components
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Manual dexterity and attention to details on work instructions and job requirements.
- Must have a methodical approach to solving technical problems.
- Must work with limited supervision.
- Experience in using a microscope for longer period of hours is desirable.
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Some related experience but will provide job training on the assembly.
