LOCATION: ROSEVILLE, CA

SCHEDULE: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM | Wednesday: Flexible Administrative Hours

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and incoming calls
  • Coordinate appointments and manage daily scheduling to keep office operations running smoothly
  • Assist patients with onboarding paperwork, payments, and general office procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records and enter financial information into QuickBooks
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions while ensuring a welcoming office environment

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare, or service-oriented environment
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience scheduling appointments and managing multiple priorities throughout the day
  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn QuickBooks
  • Experience in handling payments, invoices, or financial transactions preferred

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Position requires sitting, standing, walking, and using a computer throughout the workday in a professional office environment. Must be able to occasionally lift and move office materials up to 20 pounds.
