Schedule & Expectations
- Our typical workday hours falls between **9:00 AM and 7:00 PM**.
- We operate on deadlines every day. Our clients count on us to arrive on time, complete work on schedule, and deliver exceptional results every visit.
- This requires strong time management, urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a high standard of quality throughout the day.
- Speed matters. Quality matters more. We expect both.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced cleaners. You don't need to know our systems yet, but you should know how to clean professionally.
When you walk into a home, you should be able to quickly assess the space, identify areas that need attention, and have a good understanding of how long the job will take.
The ideal candidate:
- Has professional residential cleaning experience
- Understands how to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Can manage their time independently
- Pays attention to details others miss
- Communicates professionally with customers
- Takes ownership of their work
- Understands that cleaning is both a service and a customer experience

Requirements
- Professional residential cleaning experience
- Based on the North Coast, serving Astoria, Warrenton, Seaside, and Cannon Beach
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Active auto insurance maintained at all times
- Smartphone with data service
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, bend, reach, climb stairs, and remain active throughout the workday
- Professional appearance and attitude
