Scheduling & Dispatch Coordinator

We are a growing fast paced garage, window & door company located in Lake Worth Beach. We are looking for a scheduling coordinator to join our team. Position is full time, Monday-Friday 8-5. Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, & coordination of our service schedule. Experience in home improvement/ construction industry is a plus. We are willing to invest & train the right person but excellent phone skills are a must! We need someone who is confident speaking to a variety of clients has an upbeat & positive attitude. Qualified applicants must have experience working on CRM platforms. Compensation is based on experience. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
