Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process for canvassing representatives
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing field marketing team
• Conduct daily team meetings, field training, and performance coaching
• Create accountability systems that drive appointment-setting success
• Develop and implement canvassing scripts, training programs, and best practices
• Analyze neighborhoods and deploy effective territory mapping and route strategies
• Track key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve team productivity
• Work closely with company leadership to achieve lead generation and growth objectives

Required Experience:

• Proven canvassing management experience within the home improvement industry or a closely related field (required)
• Demonstrated success recruiting, training, and managing field representatives
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
• Experience with territory planning, route management, and field logistics
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to hold teams accountable to performance goals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
