Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Reach Truck Operators and Cherry Picker Operators in Canton, OH. These are full-time, on-site positions with weekly pay, steady hours, and multiple shift options available.

We are hiring immediately for candidates with experience operating a reach truck, cherry picker, order picker, or other powered industrial equipment.

Pay

  $15-$17 per hour, based on experience

Available Shifts

• 
  7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday
  
• 
  6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday
  
• 
  10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday
  
• 
  10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday-Wednesday
  

Responsibilities

• 
  Operate a reach truck and/or cherry picker safely
  
• 
  Move, stock, and retrieve materials throughout the facility
  
• 
  Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
  
• 
  Perform daily equipment inspections
  
• 
  Maintain accurate inventory and follow quality standards
  
• 
  Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  
• 
  Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  

Requirements

• 
  Previous reach truck, cherry picker, or order picker experience preferred
  
• 
  Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts
  
• 
  Ability to work overtime as needed
  
• 
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment
