What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of outside sales professionals across a multi-state territory
  • Spend meaningful time in the field with customers and salespeople
  • Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, customer visits, and account reviews
  • Drive accountability, sales execution, and territory development
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal partners
  • Support profitable growth through planning, forecasting, and sales leadership
  • Partner closely with operations, customer service, and technical resources to support customer success

  • Technical, value-added industrial distribution
  • Experience leading outside salespeople, Account Managers, or territory sales teams
  • Industrial end-user customer environments
  • Experience selling to or supporting manufacturing, process, industrial, or contractor-based customer environments
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and field leadership experience
  • Experience leading remote or geographically dispersed teams
  • Revenue, margin, forecasting, and territory management exposure
  • Strong customer and supplier relationship management skills
  • Understands industrial customer environments and field-based selling

Location & Travel:

This is a remote, field-based leadership role covering the Great Lakes and Upper Midwest region.

Candidates should reside within the region and be located near a major airport. Approximately 50% travel is expected for customer visits, ride-alongs, team development, and sales leadership activities.
