Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great nanny to care for our baby in our home when I go back to work. He will be 6 months old at that time. We have a variable schedule each month, but the schedule is known approximately 2-3 months in advance to allow for advanced planning. There would be approximately the same number of full days and half days guaranteed each month. We also have a 4-year-old dog who would be at home with the baby. We are looking for someone who can commit to being with us until he's at least 12-18 months, but possibly longer depending on how things work out!
