Babysitter Needed

I'm an 18-year-old living with my girlfriend (bm) I work constantly and she just needs a bit of help here and there. My schedule is usually set from Sunday to Wednesday 10 p.m. -8 a.m. but due to short staffing recently the schedule has not been consistent. We'll take care of housekeeping . We just want to start sleep training him and getting him into a sleeping routine. He's very energetic and loves being active. Just looking for a caregiver who understands our situation and can help
