Field Project Coordinator

We have an immediate opportunity for a Field Project Coordinator. This position supports telecom projects in the Bonneville County, Idaho area. The Field Project Coordinator will report to the Management Team and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily field operations and production reporting
• Plans, monitors, and report project status and performance data to management team
• Coordinates crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Ensures project deadlines are met
• Communicates with customers’ utility partners, and internal team members
• Reviews and submits production and invoice documentation
• Conducts field walkouts and quality control inspections
• Assists with material tracking and project closeout activities
• Reviews and submits production and invoicing documentation
• Ensures that team goals, compliance, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy
• Requires 80% travel to various job sites for job walks and inspections

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years' experience supporting or managing large-scale projects and knowledge of construction and utility industry practices
• Proficient using MS Office Suite and Vista desired
• Must be able to travel to different job sites, heavy travel
• Moderately complex problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma required
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
