Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annually + Comprehensive benefits package

Position summary
As the Supervisor of Health Services, you will lead a dedicated clinical team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to adult day health participants. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while developing your leadership skills and advancing your nursing career.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
- Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Two years of nursing management or supervisory experience
- Two years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
