Job DescriptionCompany Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking reliable Machine Operators / Pallet Builders to support daily production by operating equipment, assembling pallets, and performing materialhandling tasks for one of our Elite clients in NW Houston. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with hand and power tools, and the ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation — Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to support manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Pallet Building — Construct wooden pallets using saws, nail guns, and other tools according to required specifications.
- Material Handling — Load, stack, and move materials; assist with staging and organizing work areas.
- Tool Use — Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete builds and machine tasks.
- Quality Inspection — Inspect finished pallets and machineprocessed materials for accuracy, defects, and structural integrity.
- Safety Compliance — Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and equipment guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Machine operation experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Pallet building or carpentry experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production instructions
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a teamoriented environment
Work Environment
- Fastpaced production floor
- Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
- Exposure to wood, dust, noise, and machinery
COMPENSATION: $14
**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 5 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
