This position is available through the end of September, with the possibility of becoming a full-time role if you prove to be a great fit. The role involves building subfloors, walls, and roof systems according to project specifications while collaborating with lead carpenters and crew members to achieve daily goals.
Responsibilities
- Build subfloors, walls, and roof systems according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
- Measure, cut, and assemble framing components with precision.
- Work collaboratively with lead carpenters and crew members to meet daily goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Adapt to changing site conditions, including uneven terrain and variable weather.
- Follow established processes to ensure quality and reduce rework.
- Lift 50 lbs regularly.
- Construction experience, preferably in framing.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
- 1+ years of construction experience, with framing experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
