Job Description
Summary
Support powdered‑metal coating production by loading parts, assisting spray‑line operations, and inspecting finished components. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and based in the Ridgway/Bootjack, PA facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Load parts onto production lines and unload finished parts safely.
- Inspect coated parts for quality and appearance.
- Maintain lot control and follow labeling procedures.
- Report defects or spray‑line issues immediately.
- Assist with line changeovers and support spray‑line operators.
- Keep work areas clean and follow all safety guidelines.
- Perform general labor tasks and help train new team members when needed.
Essential Skills
- Ability to perform physical production work.
- Strong attention to detail for visual inspection.
- Reliability and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Background
- Experience in production or general labor.
- Familiarity with industrial processes or coating operations.
- Strong work ethic and teamwork.
Work Environment
- Ridgway facility: older, louder, traditional manufacturing.
- Bootjack facility: newer, clean, climate‑controlled.
- Industrial setting around production and spray lines.
- Standard attire: T‑shirt, jeans, steel‑toe footwear.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ridgway, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
