🔧 Job Overview

We are hiring a Manufacturing Associate to support the Weeding Department in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will remove excess material from garments and graphics, perform quality inspections, and assist with pressing, packing, and general production tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in garment decoration and manufacturing.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✂️ Remove excess material from letters, numbers, and nameplates with precision
• 👕 Inspect garments and graphic transfers to ensure quality standards are met
• 🔥 Press transfers onto garments as required
• 📦 Count, pack, and prepare finished products according to job specifications
• 🧾 Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• 🔧 Use tools such as craft pickers, rulers, and scales safely
• 🚚 Move materials using pallet jacks and hand trucks
• 🏭 Assist with general production tasks including labeling, staging, and packing
• 🧹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• 🤝 Support team members and cross-train in other departments as needed
• ⚠️ Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements

✅ Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly 💪
• Strong attention to detail and inspection skills 👀
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• Experience with garment production or quality inspection
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and material handling

🏭 Work Environment

• Clean, structured manufacturing/production facility
• Work with garments, labels, and graphic transfers
• Use tools and equipment including craft pickers, rulers, pallet jacks, and presses
• 🕒 Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 👕 Casual dress (jeans/t-shirts permitted)
• 🦺 Steel-toe footwear required; no loose clothing or jewelry

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liverpool, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
