As a Material Handler, you’ll play a critical role in supporting operations, managing inventory, and ensuring materials get where they need to go—on time and with accuracy.
🛠️ What You’ll Do- Pick, pull, and pack materials (up to 50 lbs, ~1,000 boxes per shift)
- Operate pallet jacks, tuggers, and occasionally forklifts to move materials safely
- Push loaded carts (up to 72 containers) throughout the facility
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate product movement
- Weigh products and packaging to meet customer specifications
- Prepare and stage orders for production and shipment
- Maintain accurate records of materials, batch numbers, and inventory data
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
- At least 1 year of stable work history
- Experience with material handling, picking/packing, or warehouse work
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, tuggers, and forklifts
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a hot, industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to transition to 2nd or 3rd shift after training
- Experience as a Material Handler, Order Selector, or Forklift Operator
- BGV in high-volume or large-scale warehouse environments
- Experience with inventory accuracy, weighing, and quality checks
- Ability to maintain speed, safety, and accuracy under pressure

Training (4–6 Weeks):
Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
After Training:
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun–Thurs)
➡️ Overtime is common (2–4 extra hours per shift + occasional Saturdays).
🏭 Work Environment- Large 1 million sq. ft. manufacturing and warehouse facility

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.
