Production Worker

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday

Industry: Furniture Manufacturing (Solid Wood Furniture)

Environment: Dusty, loud woodworking shop

Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for entire shift

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture solid wood furniture and furniture components
• Operate woodworking hand and power tools
• Sand, drill, assemble, and prepare products for finishing
• Load, unload, stack, and move wood materials
• Inspect products for quality and workmanship
• Match wood pieces, identify defects, and stack lumber
• Glue products and trim wood edges for smooth, straight finishes
• Follow production and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools (professional or personal experience)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read measurements and use a tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
