Qualifications:

• Active California Bar membership

• 3+ years of litigation experience

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Experience drafting motions, conducting discovery, and managing cases

• Deposition and court appearance experience preferred

Compensation:

• Base salary up to $200,000 DOE

• At least 3 years of experience as a licensed attorney, with a strong preference for deeper experience handling complex civil litigation matters.

• Active attorney license in good standing, with the ability to appear in court and manage litigation responsibilities independently.

• Demonstrated experience drafting motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings in contested matters.

• Working knowledge of discovery practice, deposition preparation, and case management in business or commercial disputes.

• Strong writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to take ownership of cases with limited oversight and exercise sound judgment on litigation strategy and execution.

• Background in complex business litigation, civil litigation, or related high-value dispute work is highly desirable.
