As an Assembler, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality mechanical components:
- Assemble metal brackets using hand and power tools
- Operate machinery to unwind and handle copper wire
- Wrap and secure copper wire to meet order specifications
- Use tools like drills, wrenches, and measuring devices with precision
- Read basic blueprints and work instructions
- Ensure quality by taking accurate measurements
- Follow all safety standards and procedures
- Work as part of a fast-paced production team to meet daily goals
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
- Comfortable using hand & power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Recent experience in physical or mechanical roles (warehouse, lube tech, mechanic, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work 3rd shift hours consistently
- Mechanical assembly or maintenance experience
- Experience as a mechanic, lube tech, or similar
- Experience with coil winding or copper wire
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
- Previous work in manufacturing or assembly line environments
- Clean, modern, and climate-controlled facility
- Safety-first culture with structured onboarding & training
- Required PPE: Safety glasses & steel-toed boots

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
