Manufacturing Environment | $15/hr | 1st Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team producing equipment for large trucks. This is a hands-on role working with hand and power tools to assemble products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble truck equipment components using hand and power tools.
• Follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Organize materials and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support daily production goals and team objectives.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools.
• Experience using basic power tools.
• Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 1st shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new processes and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle materials.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Berwick, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
