We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician with expertise in plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, patching, HVAC, welding, and preventive maintenance. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team working in an engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Assist with welding and patching tasks as needed.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform carpentry and drywall tasks.
- Maintain lighting and perform cleaning duties as required.
- Experience in facilities maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in electrical work and plumbing.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Skill in using hand tools and power tools.
- Experience in welding and patching.
- Capability in carpentry and drywall tasks.

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing setting with adequate lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. You will be part of an on-call schedule in the future, with rotations every other week either from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday during after-hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
