Job Title: Production

Job Summary

Prepare, package, and ship products while handling materials and supporting warehouse operations in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Build skids and prepare orders for shipment
• Use hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, banding equipment)
• Perform basic quality checks and labeling
• Enter shipping data into the system
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with material handling, picking, packing, and loading

Requirements

• 6+ months packaging or warehouse experience
• Ability to read a tape measure (or willingness to learn)
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with general material handling
• Ability to handle heavy materials safely

Additional Skills

• Forklift experience preferred (training available)
• Experience with hand/power tools
• Team-oriented and safety-focused

Work Environment

• Clean, small-team warehouse setting
• Non-climate-controlled facility
• Exposure to tools, machinery, and metal materials

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wentzville, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
