Job Description
As a Machine Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, troubleshooting, adjusting, and performing basic maintenance on equipment as required. You will perform tooling changeovers, repetitive loading and unloading of equipment, and ensure that products are produced according to specifications by reviewing work orders. You will verify machine settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample work-pieces.
Responsibilities
- Observe machine operations and monitor feed and speed rates.
- Take measurements and detect malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot processes and adjust/reprogram controls.
- Sharpen and replace worn tools.
- Perform basic machine maintenance.
- Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Document actions by completing production and quality logs.
- Assist in production line changeovers.
- Communicate maintenance and production issues to supervisor.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $29.00/hr.
